My research focused on the depositional history of Devereux lagoon. I examined whether local structures, storm events, possible tsunamis, and other processes have left a record within a local estuary. Understanding past environmental changes can help us better predict how events like storms and tsunamis may impact the local Santa Barbara area in the future.
